6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The personal data that you provide us may be transferred to and maintained on computers/servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, but will always be held under strict conditions of confidentiality. In the event the personal data is subject to GDPR, the parties will enter Zenwork’s provided data processing agreement and any transfer of personal data which is subject to the GDPR outside the EU, such transfers will be governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Zenwork Privacy Policy | zenwork.com Commission. 7. DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
